An Oneida City School District bus monitor has pleaded guilty to defrauding the workers’ compensation system of $6,100 by accepting benefits while lying about having other jobs.
Shana M. Klouda, also known as Shana Perry, 27, of Liverpool, pleaded guilty to the felony of workers’ compensation crime of fraudulent practices and paid $6,100 in restitution, the state fraud inspector general said in a press release.
