Applied Underwriters Pushing Court to Enforce EquityComp Document Invalidated by CDI

A Berkshire Hathaway affiliate on Friday asked a federal court to halt a civil case alleging fraud and unfair business practices relating to its EquityComp program and enforce a mandatory arbitration clause contained in a side agreement the California Department of Insurance said is illegal and unenforceable.
