Senate Approves Amendments to MPN Bill

A bill that would require networks to publish a list of participating physicians, and the Division of Workers’ Compensation to publish utilization review data, is heading to the desk of Gov. Gavin Newsom. The California Senate on Thursday voted 40-0 to concur with amendments Sen. Gerald Hill, D-San Mateo, made to SB 537 while the measure was in the Assembly.
