FWCJUA Full Board to Discuss Murray Bill

The full governing board of the Florida Workers' Compensation Joint Underwriting Association (FWCJUA) will meet by teleconference Tuesday to discuss a variety of issues, including the impact of the Murray bill.The residual carrier released an agenda Thursday that includes a plan to eliminate the remaining deficit in the high-risk tier of the former subplan system FWCJUA used to assess premiums.The board also is set to discuss last week's decision by Gov.
