A federal court in Southern California dismissed a nine-count indictment accusing Foremost Shockwave Solutions of mail fraud and conspiracy as part of a San Diego kickback scheme, on the condition that the company will not try to collect on any outstanding bills or liens.
The Electronic Adjudication Management System lists more than 2,000 liens filed by Foremost with a total claimed value of more than $20 million.
