KEMI Promotes 3, Hires Claims Manager

Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance Co. on Friday announced the promotion of three employees and a new hire.Toni Howard has been promoted to director of application development. Howard has been with KEMI since 1998 and most recently served as software development manager.
