Commission to Review Exclusions to Medical Fees April 10

The Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission will meet April 10 to review exclusions to the medical fee schedules it unveiled earlier this year.

The commission was directed by law in 2016 to come up with new fees setting the maximum liability of employers for medical services. After months of hearings and reviews, the commission implemented the schedules in January, the commission said in a bulletin.

The exclusions meeting will be at 1 p.m. at Commission headquarters, 333 E. Franklin St., Richmond.
