A carpentry contractor based in Hialeah, Florida, is facing $152,145 in proposed federal fines after one of its workers fell from a roof, landing on a fence post that impaled his leg. Fast Carpentry I Inc. was issued citations for one willful and one repeated safety violation by the Occupational Safety & Health Administration.
