Goldberg Segalla announced that Melissa D. Alcoba joined the firm’s workers’ compensation group in Garden City, New York, while Daniel L. Maisel joined the firm’s comp group in Newark, New Jersey. Both Alcoba and Maisel will counsel and defend insurers, employers and third-party administrators in all stages of workers’ compensation litigation, from inception to appeal.
