Nevada’s Workers’ Compensation Section will hold a free training class Feb. 20 exploring the process for requesting an evaluation to determine an injured worker’s extent of permanent impairment.
The session is titled, “Delving into the D-35,” in reference to the D-35 form that carriers are required to fill out to schedule an impairment rating exam.
The WCS said the class will address the D-35 process, how to accurately complete the form and common errors to avoid.
