DWC Holding Webinars on MTUS Changes

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation scheduled two educational webinars covering proposed changes that will update the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule. The division is proposing to adopt the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine’s guidelines to revise the MTUS. Many sections of the state’s treatment guidelines haven’t been updated since 2007, the DWC said in a rule-making notice.
