The Texas Medical Board announced that on Monday a board panel temporarily suspended the license of Don Martin O’Neal, M.D., of Sulphur Springs, License No. E2769, after determining that O’Neal’s continuation in the practice of medicine "presents a continuing threat to public health and safety" due to the doctor's drug-prescribing activities.
