The New York State Workers' Compensation Board has shut down a well-known, Hudson, N.Y., bar where actor Paul Newman filmed some scenes for the 1994 movie "Nobody's Fool," the Register-Star newspaper reported Tuesday.The newspaper said the bar was closed Friday after an investigator for SWCB visited the bar to follow up on a complaint. Rachel McEneny, SWCB spokeswoman, said bar owner Frank Martino had not paid workers' compensation premiums.
