The Montana Department of Labor and Industry is conducting its annual review of the state's Utilization and Treatment Guidelines by convening a meeting of the Medical Providers Group to analyze guides for treating back conditions.
The provider group will review a 105-page cervical spine injury guide and a 119-page low back pain guide when it meets in April. Updates to both sets of guidelines are scheduled to take effect July 1.
