The Amador County District Attorney's Office arrested a Mule Creek State Prison employee for workers' compensation fraud after he allegedly forged a medical document to extend his time off work, according to a northern California newspaper. The Ledger Dispatch reported that the district attorney's office made the arrest following a seven-month investigation of Joseph Robert Maita.
