Bills Would Allow Insurers to Deny Attorneys' Fees, Prison Guards to File Mental Health Claims

The Nebraska Legislature has two workers' compensation bills on its agenda this session that would limit the circumstances under which workers could receive extra compensation and would make certain mental health ailments compensable for state employees.
