The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is holding a public hearing Jan. 18 on proposed changes to its electronic data interchange rules.
The division is proposing to adopt the latest EDI release 3.1.4 from the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions to replace release 1.0, which is no longer updated.
At the same time, the DWC is proposing to update a handful of electronic reporting forms and notices.
The hearing is from 10 a.m.-noon and will be held via Zoom.
