Matthew Johnson Appointed Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals

Gov. Tim Pawlenty has appointed Minnesota Court of Appeals Judge Matthew E. Johnson as chief judge of the Court of Appeals.Johnson succeeds Chief Judge Edward Toussaint.
