The Riverside County District Attorney’s Office charged the owner of a Southern California janitorial company with seven counts of workers’ compensation premium fraud.
Prosecutors said in a statement that Patricia Morales, 46, was arraigned Wednesday on charges that she defrauded five workers’ compensation carriers out of $2.7 million between 2012 and 2017.
