Expanded Coverage for Mental Health Meets Pushback from Municipal Leaders

Connecticut lawmakers are once again working to get a bill passed that would expand workers’ compensation coverage to include mental health benefits for employees who witness a maiming or death, but pushback from municipal groups may again hinder the bill from passing.  This is the second bill that has been introduced in Connecticut related to expanding mental impairment for workers’ compensation.
