Bills Regarding Direct Deposit, Injury Facilitators Advance in House

Two workers’ compensation bills have advanced in the New Hampshire legislature. Senate Bill 84, which would allow workers’ compensation benefits to be paid by direct deposit, received a favorable vote of 20-0 on Wednesday from the House committee on Labor, Industrial and Rehabilitative Services. The Senate passed the bill in January.
