Two workers’ compensation bills have advanced in the New Hampshire legislature.
Senate Bill 84, which would allow workers’ compensation benefits to be paid by direct deposit, received a favorable vote of 20-0 on Wednesday from the House committee on Labor, Industrial and Rehabilitative Services. The Senate passed the bill in January.
The same committee also voted unanimously in favor of SB 351, which would broaden the language describing an injury management facilitator affiliated with managed care programs.
