CHICAGO — Four more states — Louisiana, Nebraska, South Carolina and North Carolina— have joined the workers’ compensation formulary discussion.
Representatives from those states told a gathering of more than 200 people at the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions’ annual conference Tuesday how close they are to joining other jurisdictions with formularies.
