A lawn care business operator from Brighton Township, Pa., has been charged with 92 counts of intentionally failing to provide workers' compensation coverage during a three-month period in 2009, The Beaver County Times reported on Tuesday.The newspaper said Terry Cottage, 61, was charged on Monday by the Pennsylvania Bureau of Workers' Compensation.
