Attorney Pleads Indigence in Clash with Paralegal

A Providence, R.I., attorney who has refused for months, citing due-process grounds, to pay workers' compensation benefits to a paralegal he's accused of assaulting has switched positions is pleading inability to pay.The Providence Journal reported Thursday that Keven A.
