A Providence, R.I., attorney who has refused for months, citing due-process grounds, to pay workers' compensation benefits to a paralegal he's accused of assaulting has switched positions is pleading inability to pay.The Providence Journal reported Thursday that Keven A. McKenna reversed positions and told Workers' Compensation Court Chief Judge George E.
