The Florida Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) has posted its draft rule for implementing the 2009 Medical Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Implementation Guide and has scheduled a workshop for Jan. 14.DWC said in a posting Monday that its proposed rule 69L-7.602, Medical Services Billing, Filing and Reporting Rule, incorporates changes to the 2009 guide.
