The owners of a Northern California cleaning company convicted on multiple counts of felony workers’ compensation fraud and tax evasion were ordered to pay $124,602 in restitution, the El Dorado County District Attorney’s Office announced. John and Theresa Kipilo, owners of Johnny Sparkles Cleaning Services Inc., were convicted on charges that they failed to properly report employee payroll and job classifications between 2014 and 2017.
