Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper has nominated Jeffrey Michael Citrone of Denver to serve as an executive with risk management experience in the insurance industry on the Workers' Compensation Cost Containment Board.If confirmed by the state Senate, Citrone will replace Michael W.
