Court Affirms Award of Benefits to Traveling Employee

The Workers' Compensation Commission Division of the Illinois Appellate Court said a claimant who worked at 29 jobsites in 16 months was a traveling employee and that his injuries from a motor vehicle accident on his way to work were compensable.
