A Texas appellate court upheld an award of damages to a bouncer against his non-subscribing employer for his injuries from being shot by a co-worker who had come to the club as a patron. Case: Flashdancer Inc. v. Fulcher, No. 05-21-00070-CV, 05/04/2022, published. Facts: Jack Fulcher worked for Flashdancer as a bouncer.
