Dr. Gerald Pearlman, an instructor for qualified medical evaluators and adjusters who had been active in California's workers' compensation system for 35 years, died Saturday.Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Mount Sinai Memorial Park, 6150 Mount Sinai Drive, Simi Valley.
