Supreme Court Adopts Rule Limiting Claims Against Employers Who Admit Vicarious Liability

The Wyoming Supreme Court ruled that once an employer has admitted vicarious liability for a driver's negligence, it cannot be subjected to claims based on any other theories of imputed liability.
