Supreme Court Adopts Rule Limiting Claims Against Employers Who Admit Vicarious Liability

The Wyoming Supreme Court ruled that once an employer has admitted vicarious liability for a driver's negligence, it cannot be subjected to claims based on any other theories of imputed liability. Case: Bogdanzki v. Budzik, Nos. S-17-0049 and S-17-0050, 01/24/2018, published. Facts: Mariusz Bogdanski and Damian Budzik worked as truck drivers for BZ Trucking, an Illinois-based company.
