A company in Houston is facing $57,750 in Occupational Safety and Health Administration fines after an inspection revealed repeat violations.
OSHA cited Dimensional Machine Works for 13 safety violations, seven of which were repeats, according to a Monday press release. The repeat citations were for exposing workers to amputation hazards.
