Agency Will Break Down New Attorney Fee and Withdrawal Rules at Free Session

The Division of Workers’ Compensation will offer free training and a discussion on new attorney withdrawal procedures tied to changes regarding attorney fees. Workers’ Compensation Commissioner Ryan Brannan in December adopted the repeal and replacement of two rules, and the adoption of a third.
