After Layoffs, Pond Lehocky Names Five as Partners

Eight months after Pond Lehocky Giordano, one of Pennsylvania's largest claimants' firms, laid off a quarter of its workforce, the firm has named five lawyers as partners. The firm, which in late 2019 also saw the contentious dissolution of its partnership with co-founder David Stern, said last June that it had laid off 76 employees because of the COVID-19 crisis.
