Fee Schedule Committee Meeting Sept. 18

A working group advising the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission on adopting a medical fee schedule is meeting again Sept. 18. State lawmakers in May passed House Bill 1820, which could clear the way for the state to adopt a fee schedule for medical services. The bill requires the commission to review data and payment information and give recommendations for a fee schedule by Dec. 15.
