Redding WCAB Judge Transferring to Eureka

California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board Judge Jane Madsen will transfer permanently to the Eureka district office from Redding on Friday, the Division of Workers' Compensation announced Wednesday. Madsen has been presiding over the calendar in Eureka since former Presiding Judge Robert W. Kutz retired in 2013.
