Pennsylvania state Treasurer Rob McCord said last week a data breach at J.P. Morgan Chase involving the holders of prepaid debit cards for the payment of unemployment and workers' compensation benefits appears to have temporarily exposed the personal information of 26,000 cardholders in the state.McCord said J.P.
