Rulings Uphold Worker's Disqualification from Receipt of Benefits

The New York Supreme Court Appellate Division's 3rd Division has ruled that two workers remain permanently disqualified from receiving wage replacement benefits based on their material misrepresentations in obtaining compensation for their back injuries.The decisions in Siddon v.
