The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division on Friday announced that it revised the form used to request a hearing on a matter that falls within the director’s jurisdiction.
The division said it “made a few minor updates to the bulletin and form, but the requirements for requesting a hearing have not changed.”
The requirements for requesting a hearing in OAR 436-001-0019 do not require the use of Form 2839. However, the division said using the form ensures that a hearing request is complete.
