Husband and Wife Accused of Concealing $4.1 Million in Payroll

The California Insurance Department announced that a husband and wife from Bakersfield were charged with fraud for allegedly underreporting $4.1 million in payroll to two different carriers between 2017 and 2020. Brian Hill, 64, and Leslie Hill, 68, own Brian Hill Construction Inc.
