A grand jury in Norfolk, Massachusetts, has indicted the owner of a cleaning company and temporary employment agency on workers' compensation fraud charges, accusing him of fudging the size of his payrolls to evade $40,000 in workers' compensation premiums, Wicked Local Avon reports.
Manuel DeSousa, 65, of Avalon, was indicted on two counts of workers' compensation fraud and one count of grand larceny.
His as-yet-unscheduled arraignment will be held at Norfolk Superior Court.
