Two Oklahoma attorneys are seeking certification of a class action against a group of air ambulance providers for their allegedly excessive billing practices, according to local media reports. The high cost of air ambulance services have been a point of contention in multiple states, as providers who cannot get full payment of their bills from an insurance carrier will pursue the balance from the insureds.
