RBRVS Shifting Payments from Specialists to Primary Care Providers

The Resource-Based Relative Value Scale fee schedule mandated by Senate Bill 863 is accomplishing the goal of shifting medical payments from specialists to primary care providers, the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau said.
