High Court Declines Review to Adjuster OT Case

The California Supreme Court remanded claims' adjusters' class-action overtime suit during its weekly conference. The state Supreme Court had originally granted review to the case of Hodge v. Aon Risk Services in May 2011, but opted to deny review and remand the case in light of its December 2011 decision in Harris v. Superior Court. Hodge v. Aon Risk Services had been filed by Kenneth Hodge, a former adjuster for Cambridge Integrated Services.
