MSIA Annual Conference Scheduled for Sept. 20-22

The Missouri Self-Insurers Association is holding its annual conference and exhibition this Sept. 20-22 discussing how workers’ compensation reform has changed over the past decade.  Sessions at the conference include legislative updates, emerging national issues and early use of imaging studies to diagnose knee injuries.  Speakers include Julie Petraborg from the St. Louis-based Petraborg Law Firm, who will discuss how to resolve complex cases, and Beth Shocklee from Evans and Dixon, who will discuss how insurers can be prepared for medical marijuana.  The conference&r...
