An interpreter fee schedule proposed by the California Division of Workers’ Compensation on Monday would establish a uniform fee structure based on the federal court system, with higher rates for certified interpreters as opposed to those who are provisionally certified.
The division has posted a draft of the proposed regulations online and is accepting public comment until April 13.
