The Indiana House of Representatives unanimously passed a bill that would prohibit state agencies from not allowing employers with high experience ratings to bid on projects and require carriers to adjust experience ratings after successful subrogation actions.
The House voted 89-0 on Tuesday to pass HB 1214, by Rep. Matt Lehman, R-Berne.
