Dollar Tree Stores might be pinching pennies soon after inspectors for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration found a total of six violations that could result in up to $116,200 in penalties, according to OSHA.
The Houston store on West Gray Street had boxes stacked at “dangerous heights” and blocked exit routes, according to OSHA inspectors who conducted an audit last November. Citations issued included four serious violations that could cost up to $13,200 and two repeat violations that could reach $103,000 in penalties.
