VICA Luncheon on Supplemental Job Displacement Benefits Voucher Set for Tuesday

The Valley Industrial Claims Association of Sacramento will hold an educational luncheon Tuesday about the supplemental job displacement benefits voucher, a voucher available to disabled workers to pay for skill enhancement or educational retraining. Mark Turner, an attorney at Laughlin, Falbo, Levy & Moresi, will deliver the presentation. Workers with a permanent partial disability who were injured after Jan. 1, 2004, may qualify for the supplemental job displacement benefits voucher.
