Current Court Reporter Services to Continue Through Sept. 29

Chief Judge of Compensation Russell Wojtenko has notified stakeholders that the Division of Workers’ Compensation will use three court reporter services through Sept. 29. The selection of court reporter services follows the lifting of a temporary restraining order that prevented the DWC from changing its court reporter services as part of a new contract issued in July. J.H. Buehrer & Associates will provide court reporters for the Central region, which consists of workers’ compensation courts in New Brunswick, Lebanon, Freehold, Trenton and Toms River.  Jersey...
